PartsCompare is free to use without an account. To keep the site useful, we save what visitors search for, which results they open, and when they leave for a supplier's website. We do not save your name or contact details unless you create an account.

These searches and clicks are stored with a random visitor ID, not your identity. We use them to show popular parts, keep comparison pages up to date, and decide which suppliers to check more often.

When you sign up, we store your email address and the details you choose to add, including your company, fleet size, bus brands and location. Your saved parts, lists, uploads, alerts and price history are private to your account and are not shared with other buyers or suppliers.

Authorized operator access is limited to administering the service and buyer activity analysis. Service providers process information needed to run the service.

If you upload a PDF or photo, it is sent to an AI processing service to extract part numbers, descriptions, quantities and prices. The extracted lines and your saved report are stored in your account. Review the extracted lines before saving; automated reading may make mistakes.

Only upload documents you are authorized to use. Remove unnecessary personal, payment and confidential information before uploading. We do not promise that third-party processing has zero retention.

Supplier listings and saved price comparisons can appear on public part pages and in popular-search lists without identifying the buyer. Account Favorites, invoice reports, named orders and your personal search-history view remain private.

We use browser storage for your session, visitor identifier and planner selections. Supplier websites have their own privacy practices when you follow a link.

We never sell your data. We do not share who searched for what with suppliers. We do not place advertising cookies.
