SMI strobing LED flasher controller for stop arm. Unregulated flasher, only to be used in 7-Series or Defender Series electric stop arms. Must be powered from SMI 7-Series or defender control module. Only to be used with SMI stop arm LED's. Causes lights to flicker or strobe as they alternate. For air stop arms, use S3032 (see below).
